Tour Management!
How often have bad things happened on the road which could easily have been avoided if someone had followed through with simple things like Advancing of the Gig (confirm the show and the particulars - times, stage plot, hotel accommodations, etc),  or you get lost because there are 2 venues in town with the same name and you are at the wrong one!, stuff like that.
