Pickin Porch

WOW!  I just tried this out in England the other day.  Oh was it sweet!  Found the rented bass’s sweet spot, put the mic on it’s holder and played.  I really enjoyed it.  Lightweight microphone sound that was as clean and clear as a mic should be.  Very low feedback issues (compared to other mics I’ve used).  Also used my new PowerMute from ProCo and loved that, too.  Had to use the pick-ups on the other 2 basses on the last two gigs but the next gig I hope to have more time to set-up my gear on the rental and try it out again.  The owner of this bass is excited about trying it out as well.  Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!
